Jewish tradition teaches of numerous prayers recited before we sleep, for sleep is 1/60th of death. This guided booklet contains the traditional prayers often said at bedtime in English, Hebrew, and transliterated English for guided pronunciation.

Ayelet Hashachar lent her incredible skills to this project, serving as translator, interpreter, transliterator, and editor. Ayelet is a magic maker, clinically trained herbalist, Jewish ritualist, queer/trans facilitator and educator with a special focus on trans femme health, community and lineage.
