I'm not Jewish, can I still shop here?

Of course! The shop, while curated by and for Jews, is open to all.

We ask that you use discernment and respect regarding culturally and religiously significant items. Items like the Havdalah kit, a Jewish ritual, are made for Jewish ritual, which are for Jewish people.

Where is the shop?

We're located at 22311 Ventura Blvd, Suite 105, Woodland Hills, CA 91364 in Los Angeles, CA!

How much of an herb do I get?

Our herbs are sold by weight -- you will receive one ounce per order.

Who made your logo?

Our stunning logo was designed by Ezra Rose of SheydGarden. Ezra (they/them) is an illustrator, zinester, & multi-disciplinary creator whose work you can see here.

Where are your products made?

We're proud to source our items from across the Diaspora.

House-made Jewitches products are made on Tongva Land, also known as Los Angeles.

Do you do gift orders?

All packages include a packing slip. This includes both the shipping and billing addresses, names, and included contact information (like email). If you want to include a note, do so at checkout. Any notes sent after by email or via the contact button are not guaranteed.

I DM'd you on Insta, but you didn't respond...

Due to a huge influx of DM's, we do not conduct shop business over Instagram DM's. It's much too difficult to keep orders/emails/accounts clear over DM's, so if you need to reach us, please do so via email!

Shipping & Returns

my package is lost!

Regrettably, after your parcel departs our possession and is in the custody of the carrier, we cannot assist in retrieval.

As much as we wish we could replace every missing parcel, we are unable to do so at our current scale.

It is recommended to contact your chosen shipping partner (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) and initiate a claim with them.

How long until I get my order?

Jewitches is a micro-business which means we take longer than Amazon or Target to your order packed. We are currently experiencing 2-14 days of processing time.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to select countries and advise customers to be aware of potential customs and duties fees.

  • Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
  • Checking Costs: Customers should consult their country's customs office to determine any additional costs before placing an order.
  • Regulations and Restrictions: Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's import laws and regulations, and by placing an international order, they agree to comply with them.
  • Non-Acceptance or Seizure: If a package is seized or abandoned due to the buyer's refusal to pay duties/taxes or other local law issues, the seller is not responsible for losses, product value, or shipping refunds. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs in these situations.

Can I get a refund/return?

As we're a micro-business, we do not currently give refunds or allow returns. In the event of a damaged product, please email us and we will find a solution!

How do I track my order?

You can check your confirmation email for your order number and then use the chat box to get an update! As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirming it has shipped. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders as it can sometimes be sorted there due to the fact that they are automatically sent out.

I used Priority Shipping, where is my order?

Priority Shipping refers to how fast USPS gets your order to you! We have a 2-14 day processing time from when you place your order until it gets to USPS.
