Cramp Soother is made for folks who have just given birth and are experiencing the pain that accompanies the shrinking of the uterus after pregnancy -or- for folks who experience painful menstruation. Black Haw is an often overlooked member of the Viburnum family; their cousin Cramp Bark is much more popular. However, I find Black Haw to be much more effective! This blend is tasty, a little bit sweet, warming for the uterus, and aids in healthy blood flow.
Take 1 dropperful 2-3x/day at onset of cramps.
